WBWeft Bridge

Poplin

A fine plain weave with a slight crosswise rib, standard for shirting.

Poplin uses a fine warp and a slightly heavier weft, producing a smooth, crisp fabric with a subtle rib. It takes a crease well and prints cleanly.

Weight typically runs 110–140 gsm. Below that it becomes voile and turns sheer; above it, it starts to feel like a bottom-weight.
