Quotes

A quote is an estimate based on the specification you provide. It is valid for 14 days and is subject to mill confirmation of weight, width, MOQ and lead time. Prices are exclusive of freight and duties unless stated.

Samples

Sample and lab dip costs are quoted separately. Sample charges are normally deducted from the bulk order. Sample lead times are estimates; delays at the mill are outside our control.

Orders

Production starts after deposit and written approval of the lab dip and sample. Colour variation within the approved standard is not a defect. Weight and width are subject to the tolerance stated in the order confirmation.

Claims

Quality claims must be raised within 14 days of delivery, with photos and the inspection report. We will investigate with the mill and propose a remedy — replacement, credit or refund — based on the findings.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for loss of profit or for delays caused by the mill, shipping lines or customs.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are referred to the courts of Guangzhou.
