What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we store the email address, the fabric and quantity you describe, any note you add, and the page you sent it from. We also log the IP address to filter spam.

Why we keep it

To answer your enquiry, to send you a quote, and to follow up on an order if one follows. We do not sell your data and we do not add you to a newsletter.

Who sees it

Our team, and the email provider used to deliver the notification. We do not share your specification with a mill without telling you which mill.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set marketing cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which reports aggregate page views without cookies or fingerprinting.

How long

Enquiries are kept for 24 months, then deleted. If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we will.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Emailhello@weftbridge.com.
