You send the spec
Composition, weight, width, colour reference, quantity and required date. A tech pack or a reference garment is even better.

We shortlist mills
Two or three mills that actually run your construction — not every mill in the province. You get a price range and the real MOQ.
- 03
Sampling and lab dips
We submit lab dips for approval, then a sample cut. Nothing goes to bulk until you sign off on both.
- 04
Production and inline checks
We follow the order at the mill: weight, width and shade checks during production, not just at the end.
- 05
Inspection and export
4-point inspection before shipment, photos and a report, then booking, documents and loading from Guangzhou or Shenzhen.

One honest boundary
We are not a mill and we do not pretend to be one. If your order is a better fit for a factory we do not work with, we will say so. That is cheaper for both of us than a bad first order.
