A planning estimate, not a quotation. It turns a per-unit consumption into total metres, weight and container load, including wastage.

Assumes the fabric is weight-limited and a 20ft container carries about 10 tonnes. Width and GSM only affect the weight estimate, not the metres. Confirm packing and load with your forwarder.
