Interlock
A double knit that is smooth on both faces and does not curl.
Interlock is made from two interlocking jersey layers, giving a fabric that is smooth on both sides, stable and resistant to curling. It is heavier and denser than jersey at the same yarn count.
Typical uses are polo shirts, babywear and heavier t-shirts. It is often chosen where a clean inside face matters.
