Shrinkage

Shrinkage is expressed as a percentage of the original dimension, and it depends on the fibre, the construction and the finishing — not just the fibre.

Ask for the figure after the finishing that will actually be applied, and for the test method. Pre-shrunk and washed fabrics have already taken most of it.
